| 摘 要： | 1908年秋,陆费逵进入商务印书馆,得到丰厚的待遇和地位。1912年元旦,他从商务"跳槽"而创办中华书局。对此,有的学者没有从历史事实出发,指责陆费逵"忘恩负义"、"暗中搞鬼"。笔者认为,只有在占有资料的基础上,对陆费逵与商务印书馆的关系,才能做出符合实际的评判。

| Abstract: | In the autumn of 1908,Lu Feikui began to work in the Commercial Press where he was well paid and ranked.He job-hopped to establish Zhonghua Book Company on the New Year's Day of 1912.Since that year,he has been criticized bitterly by some scholars for his job-hop.However,being far from "ungrateful" or "playing tricks",Lu should be judged fairly only if enough data about the relationship between the Commercial Press and him have been studied. |
