| 摘 要： | 1979年以来两岸贸易在复杂的国际国内环境中不断取得新进展。而自1980年开始,两岸贸易出现失衡,呈现出一种不对称、不平衡发展的态势,祖国大陆对台湾地区贸易逆差不断增长。在分析两岸贸易不平衡现状的基础上,剖析了两岸贸易不平衡增长的原因,提出了促进两岸贸易平衡的思路:(1)提高产品生产能力及产业内贸易水平;(2)利用双方形成的新经贸关系扩大对台优势产品出口;(3)建立"大中华经济圈"。
