摘    要:隐喻不仅是一种语言修辞手段,还是一种思维方式,一种重要的认知工具。本文阐释了概念隐喻理论的基本原理,并在此基础上探讨了其在英语教学中的运用。

Abstract:Metaphor serves not only as a rhetorical device,but as a way of thinking,and an important cognitive tool.Based on the analysis of conceptual metaphor theory,the article explores the application of conceptual metaphor in English teaching.
