扶贫自愿性移民的迁移决策及主体选择性研究

扶贫异地安置是我国扶贫攻坚的重大举措,扶贫自愿性移民的群体特征分析是扶贫异地安置实践和理论中一个重要的课题.本文通过对北海市三个扶贫异地安置点的个案研究,在探讨扶贫自愿性移民迁移动机的基础上,对移民主体性选择进行了分析,说明了潜在移民成为现实扶贫移民的具体原因.

The Migration Decision-making and The Factors Affecting the Volunteers Migrants in the Program of Supporting the Poor

Placement and resettlement of people from the impoverished areas to the areas with better living conditions is an important help-the-poor measure in our country.The analysis of the group characteristics of these voluntary migrants is a substantial subject for the practice and theory of migrants placement and resettlement.Based on an investigation into three resettlement areas in Beihai city about the migrants' migration motivation,this article carries through the analysis on migrant's self-selectivity and also shows the specific reasons why the potential migrants become real migrants.The research into self-selectivity of migrants will come to a plain understanding about the migrant groups and be of practical-direction function for the general displacement and resettlement.
