| 摘 要： | 案情简介张某自1983年起在某厂工作。双方于1995年12月25日签订了为期10年的劳动合同。2004年2月2日,张某经某医院诊断患有颈椎病,该医院自当日医嘱其病休两周,此后每两周为他出具需病休的证明,直至7月。张某因此未到厂工作并将2月2日至5月8日的病休证明交到该厂,但5月8日到6月3日的病休证明未交予该厂,
