不对称战略的演进与挑战

观察当代冲突现象,可以发现"不对称冲突"与"不对称战略"正成为政策界和学术界使用日趋频繁的两个关键词汇。然而,目前还很少有文献就不对称战略的概念本身进行过详细的论述。因此,本文主要围绕"不对称战略"的概念缘起、演化过程、当代形态以及致胜逻辑等内容进行了一番梳理。在此基础上,本文认为"不对称战略"的扩散将对国际安全构成重要挑战,学术界应该加强对"新战争"的理解和应对研究。

On the Evolution and Challenge of Asymmetric Strategy
