| 摘 要： | 形式主义、官僚主义是党内的一大顽症 ,它严重破坏了党群干群关系。本文分析了形式主义、官僚主义在现阶段的表现特征及危害后果 ,从认识论、世界观、组织领导、历史文化、体制机制五方面作了成因探源 ,提出了通过抓好治本之“纲、要、道、策”四条对策措施 ,达到整治和杜绝形式主义、官僚主义顽症之目的。

| Abstract: | Formalism and bureaucracy are stubborn diseases in our party,which have seriously destroyed the relations between the Party and masses,cadres and masses.This paper analyses their presentation features at present,their bad consequences and their causes from five points of view:theory of knowledge,world outlook,leadership,history & culture and political system.At last,the paper suggests that only by grasping the guiding principles,can we rectify and completely eradicate formalism and bureaucracy. |
