| 摘 要： | “三个有利于”思想是邓小平发展理论的重要组成部分,是对唯物史观的创造性运用与发展,体现了社会发展的历史尺度与价值尺度的高度统一。十六届三中全会提出的科学发展观是“三个有利于”重要思想的继承和发展,是马克思主义发展理论的又一次重大突破。

| Abstract: | Development is an eternal topic of mankind.Establishing a scientific development ideology becomes an important and even most important task in the special historical age.The thought "Three Favorable Conditions" is a viewpoint of scientific development raised by Xiaoping Deng under the condition of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The view of scientific development,brought forth at the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party,is the inheritance and evolution of "Three Favorable Conditions",and is the important realization of Marxist theories. |
