| 摘 要： | 阻抗是当事人在心理辅导过程中表现出来的反抗性、不服从、不接受或不配合治疗、缺乏治疗动机等心理现象。本文对阻抗的概念进行了阐述,并分析了产生阻抗的具体表现,分别探讨了阻抗产生的当事人和咨询师方面的原因,最后提出了解决阻抗的方法。

| Abstract: | Resistance refers to the patients' oppositional,noncompliant, intractable and unmotivated mental behavior in psychotherapy. This article expatiates the concept of resistance, and analyzes the concrete representation of it. Then it discusses the cause both from patients themselves and the psychotherapists before indicating the solution of resistance. |
