抗逆力视角下流动青少年社会工作实务介入案例研究——基于云南省 HIH 民办社工机构社区服务实践

本文引入当代社会工作的重要研究"抗逆力"研究取向,以积极的优势视角,从家庭、社区及社会层面检视流动青少年的逆境因素。社工机构运用成长小组、体验小组等社工实务方法,以家庭教育与能力建设、社会教育与社会资本培养、职业生涯规划与教育福利资源提供三大项目为重点,为流动青少年提供专业化社会服务,增进流动青少年及家庭的能力建设与资本建设,促进他们的自我成长与积极改变。

An intervention case study of the social work concerning thefloating youth in the perspective of the resilience theory: The community servicesof the non-government HIH social work organizations in Yunnan province

This paper adopts the resilience research approach and the strengths perspectivein contemporary social work, and examines the disadvantageous factors of the floating youth from the perspectives of family, community and society. Relying on the growth-based and learning-orientedgroups, the institutions of social work focus on three projects, that is, family education and capability construction, social education and social capital, as well as occupational planning and social welfare resources, which provide professional social services to the floating youth, promote the capacity and capital construction of these youth and their families as well as their healthy development.
