| 摘 要： | 民意调查是现代国家政治、经济和社会生活中不可或缺的一部分,是民众与政府之间相互了解和沟通的桥梁和纽带,被广泛运用于社会的各个领域。但在现实环境下民意调查制度化还存在着诸多障碍,因此建立规范的民众权利保障机制、合理的激励机制、有效的监督机制以及健全的操作机制,是推动民意调查制度化的有效路径。

| Abstract: | The poll is an essential part of political,economic,and social life in modern country.It is a link between the public and the government and is applied to the whole society.But under the current circumstances,obstacles still exist in the institutionalization of poll.This paper points out that the effective way to promote the institutionalization of poll is to establish standard protection mechanism of citizens＇ rights,reasonable incentive mechanism,effective supervision mechanism,and sound operation mechanism. |
