西南丘陵地区新增耕地质量评价方法研究——以重庆市大足县雍溪镇为例

在农用地分等技术规范的基础上,按照土地开发整理项目设计、实施、验收等环节的标准和要求,对农用地分等质量评价体系和土地开发整理设计标准之间存在的矛盾进行分析探讨,提出了在标准样地体系控制下,建立新增耕地土地利用系数计算模型,形成了一套适合丘陵地区新增耕地质量评价方法,为土地开发整理质量验收提供依据,为实现耕地动态占补平衡提供技术支撑。

A STUDY OF QUALITY EVALUATION METHODS FOR NEWLY-INCREASED CULTIVATED LAND IN HILLY REGIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN CHINA——A CASE STUDY OF YONGQI TOWN OF CHONGQING''S DAZU COUNTY

On the basis of the technological standards for agricultural land classification and the requirements in land consolidation project design,implementation and checkout,this paper analyzes the discrepancies and contradictions between quality evaluation in agricultural land classification and the design standards of land consolidation,and describes an computing model for the use coefficients of newly-increased cultivated land under the control of the system of the standard plot.Consequently,a whole set of methods for quality evaluation of newly-increased cultivated land is formed.The method is thought to be able to provide a standard for land contradiction inspection and technique support for the balance of the quantity and quality of cultivated land.
