传统知识是"传统部族"在其漫长的历史过程中所创造的知识、技术、诀窍的总和.我国少数民族拥有十分丰富的传统知识.作为智力劳动的成果,传统知识内含有难以计量的知识产权利益,包括衍生知识产权利益、消极知识产权利益和积极知识产权利益.对我国少数民族传统知识给予恰当的保护,实现我国少数民族对其传统知识的知识产权利益,对于促进我国民族地区经济社会发展具有重要意义.

Strategy and System Framework Concerning the Protection of the Intellectual Property of Ethnic Traditional Knowledge in China: A Case of Ethnic Medical Knowledge
