| 摘 要： | 教学、科研、社会服务这三项职能是大学的主要职能，其产生既是大学适应社会发展对高等教育的需要，也符合大学自身发展的逻辑，经历了一个历史沿革和发展变化的过程，在这个过程中，其内容和形式得以不断丰富。

| Abstract: | The university has three main functions: teaching, scientific research and social work. The above these functions are based not only on the fact that the university suits the demand of social development for high education but also on the fact that it accords with the logical development of itself. It experiences a process of historical evolution and development .In the process, its content and form have been enriched. |
