| 摘 要： | 培养青少年的实践能力是全面推进素质教育的重要内容。文章认为，从知识的角度看，与实践智力对应的知识是缄默知识，它是衡量实践智力的核心指标，可以采用评估缄默知识的方法来评估青少年的实践智力。在R．J．Sternberg缄默知识模型的基础上，针对已有缄默知识结构模型的不足，提出了一个针对青少年的缄默知识模型，这个模型主要包括自我发展、自我调节、交往关系、管理关系、辅助工具和目标管理六个方面。该模型是R．J．Sternberg缄默知识模型的发展，它更为全面、详细和准确，更贴近青少年的实际，可为青少年实践智力的评估工具编制以及相关研究提供理论上的依据。
