卢梭与近代政治哲学的转向

卢梭在“公意”概念基础上开出了一条不同于英国洛克式政治哲学的路向。在某种意义上 ,我们可以说卢梭引发了近代政治哲学的转向。这种转向主要表现在以“公意”概念为核心而引发的近代政治哲学的主题、政治权利的基础和形式、政治权利的内容等方面。然而 ,由于“公意”的抽象性及其与“众意”的模糊区分 ,结果使得卢梭开辟的这条政治哲学路径归于无效。

Rousseau and the Transformation of Modern Political Philosophy

With the help of the "general will" concept,Jean.J.Rousseau started a different way of political philosophy from that of J.Locke.In a degree,Rousseau is regarded as the man having transformed the modern political philosophy.The transformation took place in the subject of modern political philosophy,as well as the foundation,form and content of political rights,of which the core is the "general will" concept.However,Rousseau's political philosophy in this regard proved to be unsuccessful owing to the abstract of "general will" and the confusion between "general will" and "special will".
