| 摘 要： | 主动形式表被动意义是国内外语法书刊上经常出现的关于动词语法教学的论题,然而这一论题是不正确的.就英语动词的语法范畴而言,所谓主动形式表被动意义的观点,理论上站不住脚,实质上经不起分析,实践中容易造成种种混乱.

| Abstract: | This paper verifies the viewpoint that the passive meaning of the passive voice is agentiality, which denotes an agential action with an agent implied. Obviously, the active form has no such meaning and the statement that for the English verb there are some expressions active in form but passive in meaning is ill-grounded theoretically, does not bear analyzing essentially and causes a lot of confusion in language practice. |
