Abstract:As a completely new mode of business,e-commerce bears an extraordinary importance to the medium-sized and small enterprises.In this paper,the author analyzes the problems the medium-sized and small enterprises are facing when they explore e-commerce,and starting from its current situation and importance,in the light of the data from field investigation,puts forward strategies on how to develop e-commerce.
