| 摘 要： | 九十年代振兴绵阳农业是经济发展的必然要求。分析了振兴农业面临的种种挑战,论证了加速科学技术向生产转化是振兴绵阳农业的根本途径的观点,提出了有利于实现“转化”的三个保障体系和三种运行机制。

| Abstract: | Promoting agriculture of Mianyang in 90's is the evitable requirement of economic development. Acorrding to the actual cases,the author of this paper point out that the essential way of promoting agriculture in Mianyang is to quickly transform the science and technology into agricutural production; at same time, it is necessary to establish 3 kinds of ensuring system and motion mechanism. |
