| 摘 要： | 针对目前微生物实验教学中存在的问题,进行其实践教学模式改革的探讨,建立符合我院实际的微生物实践教学体系。提出了微生物实验课教学改革的核心与目标：更新实验教学内容,改革实验教学方法,注重培养学生的科学实验能力和勇于探索的主动创新精神。

| Abstract: | The article carrys out a research on reforming practical teaching mode in regard to the problems in former microorganism experimental teaching,establishs a new microorganism practical teaching system which adapts to the situation of Jilin Teachers Institute of Engineering and Technology,puts forward the focus and target of reforming microorganism experimental teaching,which are: updating the content of experimental teaching;reforming experimental teaching method,paying attention to improve student's experiment ability and innovation. |
