| 摘 要： | 私有经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,其存在和发展不仅有重要的经济意义,而且也具有内在的伦理根据和道德价值;同时,私有经济运作中存在诸多的伦理问题,需要道德的协调和引导,私有经济的健康发展,应该遵循一定的伦理原则。
