英国电信市场的消费特征

摘    要:优良战略的制定依赖于对市场需求特征全面而准确的认识。英国电信业及消费市场的快速发展正是得益于此。他们对电信市场客户的分类以及从不同角度对不同用户群的消费特征的深入分析,为市场的开拓提供了有力决策依据,使企业运营方针更有针对性。其先进的经营理念对于中国电信市场很有借鉴和启迪意义。

Abstract:Chinese telecommunication enterprises are in the process of their transformation,and the whole Chinese telecommunication market is also in its crucial growing time.The establishment of a good strategy must depend upon the complete and exact understanding on the demands of market.The aim of this paper is to introduce the advanced market analytic methods for our reference.The paper introduced the model of consumers' segmentation in British telecommunication market and analyzed the consumption characteristics of different user groups.Finally,the paper pointed out its reference value to Chinese telecommunication market.
