| 摘 要： | 孙中山在领导中国人民建立共和国革命实践中形成了丰富的领导思想和崇高的革命风范。其领导思想内容丰富,博大精深。包括有领导本质理论、领导体制理论、领导用人理论等,是中国近代资产阶级领导思想和治国方略的最高成就。其在领导实践中形成的恢宏的气度,顽强的意志,与时俱进的品格,天下为公的境界,具有巨大的感召作用。
