我国妇女就业政策的结构及其扩展

妇女就业是劳动力市场的重要组成部分．其就业水平以及就业政策结构是各国经济发展水平的标志之一。我国政府历来重视妇女就业问题，从新中国成立开始，相继颁行一系列的妇女就业的相关政策、法律法规，形成了相对完整的政策体系。在描述我国妇女就业现状的基础上，对现有的政策加以归纳和整理。同时，立足国情，选择性地借鉴其他国家和地区的实践，为我国现有的政策体系的扩展和完善提供参考。
