陕南大专院校体育舞蹈课程师资队伍现状及优化策略

为了深入探讨陕南大专院校体育舞蹈教师队伍的现状,抽取了陕南七所普通大专院校的25名体育舞蹈教师和280名选修或选修过体育舞蹈的学生做为调查对象,从体育舞蹈教师的队伍结构、教学情况、科研能力、教师等级证书、继续教育情况等多方面进行了分析与研究。发现陕南大专院校以中青年体育舞蹈教师为主,有积极认真的工作热情,发展势态良好,但也存在专职教师匮乏、男女教师性别比例不协调、教学文件不齐备、专业技能不高、科研能力薄弱、继续教育工作滞后等诸多问题,并针对存在的问题提出相应的优化策略,以期为陕南大专院校体育舞蹈教师队伍的完善与发展提供参考。

Research on Present Condition and Counter Measures of Sport Dancing Teacher of Colleges in Southern Shaanxi Province

In order to have a deep discussion on the status of sports dance teachers of colleges in southern Shaanxi Province,the author randomly selected 25 sports dance teachers and 280 students who have studied or are studying sports dance in seven common colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the sports dance teachers＇structures,teaching situation,scientific research abilities and teachers’professional certificates and continuing education.It’ s found that the teaching group mainly consists of young and middle aged teachers with good teaching capabilities and the spirit of renovation in the colleges and universities of southern Shaanxi Province.However,there are still some problems：the sex proportion is not proper among the teachers,capability of scientific research is weak,the continuing education is poor.To identify their strengths and weaknesses against the existing problems,the paper proposes appropriate countermeasures and suggestions,provids the perfection and development of reference for sports dance teachers of colleges and universities in southern Shaanxi Province.
