高等学校大学生就业率统计虚高的利弊分析

目前,在统计大学生就业率过程中出现了虚高现象,影响了国家对大学生就业政策的宏观调控,侵害了公众知情权,损害了家长和学生的切身利益。因此,教育管理部门应淡化就业率的作用,以市场为导向,加强就业指导,建立毕业生的跟踪制度,从大学生就业的“质”和“量”两个方面来衡量高等学校的教育质量。
