| 摘 要： | 在奥运等契机的推动下,北京房地产价格自2001年尤其是2003年以来一直处于上升的趋势。未来北京房地产的价格变动到底会怎样走?奥运之后又将是什么形势?本文在对北京房地产的价格变动现状、价格分布特征、奥运的影响等分析基础上,对2008年是否会成为北京房地产价格的拐点以及2008年后北京房地产价格变动趋势进行预测。

| Abstract: | Spurred on by the Olympics and other opportunities,Beijing real estate prices have been in an upward cycle since 2001,especially 2003,and have been launched one after another.How will Beijing real estate prices change in the future? What would the situation be like after the Olympics?This paper studies on the changes of the prices,analyzes the characteristics of the prices distribution and the effects of the Olympics,discusses if the year 2008 would become an inflexion point of Beijing real estate prices,and forecasts the trend of Beijing real estate prices after 2008 Olympics. |
