新课程改革环境下高校体育教师教学观念探讨

摘    要:高校体育教师应当适应现代体育发展的需要,更好地完成《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》规定的各项要求。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,分析新课程理念下体育教师教学观念的变化。研究认为,在新体育课程实施过程中,体育教师要成为学习过程的指导者、促进者,新课程改革的主动参与者,学生未来生活的设计者,课程内容新资源的开发者。

Abstract:College physical education teachers are required to adapt themselves to the development of modern physical education and to meet the requirement of ’Guidelines for Nationwide College Physical Education Curriculum’.Therefore,how to complete the teaching task successfully is the issue needed to be solved immediately for college physical education teachers.By using the methods of documentation and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the change and development in teaching concept of physical education teachers under new curriculum reform.The research suggests that in the process of implementing the new curriculum of physical education,P.E teachers should transform themselves into the directors and promoters during teaching process,the active participants in new curriculum reform,the designers for students’ future life and the developers of new resources in teaching.
