| 摘 要： | 彭头山人和城头山人创立了常德远古时代领先的农业文明和城市,善卷在转向文治的德文化中发挥了重大的作用。楚人大量进入常德后,使常德在德文化的基础上形成了“惟楚有材”的格局。至明代,沅澧流域经济、文化教育的发展,形成了常德古代人才群体的高峰,并为常德近代以来人才群体的发展打下了基础。

| Abstract: | People Living near Pengtou Mountain and Chengtou Mountain created advanced agricultural villages and cities in ancient Changde. Shanjuan played and important part in transferring to civil government typical of Changde. After the sudden surge in Chu immigration, Changed fonned the new pattern of Chu domineering talent groups on the basis of Changde culture. Up to Ming Dynasty the economic, cultural and educational development along the Yuan River and the Li River fonned the peak of talent groups in ancient Changde and laid a solid foundation for the development of talent groups in modem Changde. |
