| 摘 要： | 加强农村文化建设既是新农村建设的重要内容，又是推进新农村建设的强大动力和重要保障。当前农村文化建设中存在的主要问题有：认识存在偏差，政策落实不力；文化空间缩小，文化品住下降；队伍素质偏低，管理机制缺位；投入经费不足，设施建设落后。加强新农村文化建设应该对农民进行党的基本理论、基本路线和农村基本政策教育，改善党的领导，加大资金投入力度，加强农村公共文化设施建设，普及科学技术，创新活动载体，丰富文化生活。
