整合视野下宽恕心理的概念厘定与研究展望

随着积极心理学的兴起,对宽恕心理的研究日益受到关注。为了强调宽恕作为积极心理学中的重要概念,在人们面对社会冲突情景中能够起到的积极作用,文章在梳理人际宽恕、自我宽恕和寻求宽恕等概念,的基础上,提出了广义的、整合的宽恕概念,澄清了宽恕心理的主要误区,总结了有关宽恕影响因素、与健康关系及相关干预的研究进展,并提出了相应的研究展望。

Concept confirmation and research prospectof forgiveness under the integrated perspective

With the rise of positive psychology, research in forgiveness is getting more and more attention. In order to emphasize the positive role of forgiveness as an important positive psychology concept in facing and dealing social conflict, forgiveness was defined as a broader and integrated concept in this paper, which was based on the definitions of interpersonal forgiveness, self-forgiveness and forgiveness-seeking. This paper clarified some major misunderstanding of forgiveness, summarized the research progress and proposecI the corresponding research prospects in the area.
