| 摘 要： | 从三个层次梳理了安全食品的消费者购买倾向动因研究,并结合中国本土相关研究的实际背景,提出了开展中国食品安全的消费者购买动因研究的建议:(1)注重基于中国的现实背景对安全食品概念的内涵进行厘清和界定;(2)注重基于计划行为理论、以规范的实证研究方法对安全食品的消费者购买倾向进行研究;(3)注重从国际化、全球化背景下的食品安全问题的发展趋势和消费者消费习惯的改变等方面来开展安全食品购买倾向动因的研究。
