| 摘 要： | 西汉初年,儒家的总体趋势是为汉代大一统政权服务,也体现一定的抗争精神:发挥天下为公观念以批评皇位传子的事实,宣扬汤武革命的合理性以警告统治者。西汉中期,这一抗争精神有了新的发展:从哲学上对皇权作出限制和对统治者提出禅让的要求。西汉后期,儒家知识分子以天下为公观念为依据,发挥天命无常的思想,对皇权提出猛烈的批评和严重的警告。西汉儒家知识分子对皇权的抗争,对此后的历史产生了重大的影响。

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty, the Confucian inherited the revolutional concept of pre-Qin Confucian and scored the imperial power.In the midist of The Western Han Dynasty, the Confucian's struggle spirit embodied in Dong Zhong-shu etc. In The later Western Han Dynasty, the Confucian took the concept of the whole world as one community as basis, brook forward violent criticism and grave warning to the imperial power. |
