| Abstract: | Emancipating the mind, seeking the truth from facts and keeping pace with the times are the ideological guidelines in the new situation, which are put forward at the 16th National Congress of the Commuist Party of China and are the continuation and development of the Party`s ideological guideline. In this essay, from several aspects, such as the epoch significance, the dialectical unity, the essentical requirements, to grasp its scientific connotation. |
