Shared information in the network and social fairness

The appearance and rapid development of Internet, the very embodiment of modern information technology, is affecting and will continue to affect profoundly social order of human life and the fairness system as well. The effects produced by the internet has become a subject in modern and even post-modern area of inquiry. This paper discusses the relations between the shared information and social fairness in the time of network, and possibilities of establishing a social fairness order in the information space.
