高校图书馆文化管理新探

基于CNKI关键词途径以“图书馆+文化管理”检索获得文献为基础，运用文献检索调研法和内容分析归纳法，凸显了高校图书馆文化管理的内涵与特征，论述了高校图书馆文化管理实现路径的精神维度、制度维度和环境维度，阐明了高校图书馆推进文化管理要重点构建引领发展机制、文化保障机制、制度支撑机制和团队合作机制，以提升高校图书馆文化管理效能和推动向智慧图书馆转型发展。

Study on Cultural Management of University Library

The CNKI keyword approach is used in this paper to gain the retrieval by the keywords library and culture management, by using retrieval research methods and content analysis methods, innovatively define the connotation and characteristics of cultural management of university libraries, and discuss the realization path of culture management of university libraries through three dimensions the spiritual dimension, institutional dimension and environmental dimension, clarifying that the promotion of cultural management in university libraries should focus on building a leading development mechanism, cultural guarantee mechanism, system support mechanism and team cooperation mechanism to enhance the efficiency and promotion of cultural management in university libraries and develop into a smart library.
