| Abstract: | Taking the practical situation into consideration,the author stated clearly that we should,ideologically,implement the population control policy with incentive-orientation as our main work and combine it with social restriction;methodically,we should have the tendentiousness of pre-gestation service and put the focal point of FP work in management of the floating population. |
