| 摘 要： | 农产品认证制度是一种能有效降低交易费用的制度安排,是现代农产品市场交易市场体系的重要组成部分。它既能有效地减小消费者的信息成本,又有利于农产品生产者争取更多的消费者。农产品认证制度的机理在于认证信号依据甄别机制和显示机制而形成的信号传递机制。为保证认证信号的真实性和可信性,应加强对认证机构的管理。

| Abstract: | As an institution that can reduce transaction cost, certification institution by third side has become an important part of modern agri-product market. Certification institution provides the mechanism of screening and signal revelation, which can benefit both to buyers and sellers. To guarantee reliability of certification signal, it is necessary to take some management measures into the certification institutions. |
