| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来 ,中国保险业的发展取得了很大成就 ,但也存在着经营管理水平落后、资金实力严重不足等问题。“入世”将给中国保险业带来正负两方面的影响 ,我们应采取相应的法律对策 ,迎接挑战 ,规避风险 ,完善法制 ,以此推动中国保险业在新形式下的发展。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening, the Chinese insurance business has developed significantly. However, problems do exist, e.g. the backwardness in management, and a big shortage of funds. China's "joining of WTO" will exert both positive and negative influence on its insurance business. To make it develop in the new situation, we should take appropriate legal countermeasures to meet the challenge, to avoid risk and to perfect the laws. |
