| 摘 要： | 美国法律是美国社会的桥梁,法律对美国各方面生活始终发挥着重要作用。美国法律因应时代变化和社会需求在不同历史时期不断进行自我调适与发展。展望21世纪,符合社会各方需求的多方立法仍是美国法治的走向,因为美国社会秩序的维持依赖法律的保护早已是人民根深蒂固的观念。法治不发达国家在实现现代法治之路上,可以效法美国法律发展史中得出的结论。

| Abstract: | American laws serve as one of society's bridges,which play an important role in all levels of life in American,They constantly adjust themselves to changing times and social demands,Due to the deep-rooted thought in people's mind that the maintenance of social orders depends on the protection of laws,21~(st)century continues a trend of making comprehensive laws which can meet the demands of various parts of society,For the countries where legislation lag behind,they can learn from successful experience of American laws evolution for their relization of rule by law. |
