通过企业治理模式和交易费用关系的经济学分析,拟出交易费用关系相关理论曲线,探讨我国民营企业在创业和成熟阶段治理模式选择问题。由于企业组织、产权、委托代理和企业制度等因素的综合影响,使得大多数民营企业选择家族治理模式作为企业的管理模式,从而使企业的交易费用最小。

The Economic Analysis of Management Mode Choice in China's Family Enterprise

This thesis,through the economic analysis of the relationship between enterprise management modes and transaction expenses,draws the relative theoretical curve of transaction expenses in order to make the choice of management modes for the private enterprises in the formation and mature stages respectively.As there are synthetic effects from the factors of the business organization,property rights,trust-agents and business institutions,most private enterprises choose family management mode as their effective means so that the transaction expenses of their enterprises can be reduced to the minimum.
