WTO与国际法院中第三方参加诉讼制度比较研究

WTO争端解决程序中涉及到第三方加入问题的规范性文件《关于争议处理规则与程序的谅解书》的规定很不明确，在实践中突破制度的做法时有发生。在不断完善WTO第三方制度的努力中，已较成熟的国际法院的做法可以成为改革这一制度的有效方法之一。从研究二者第三方基本制度的差异入手，通过比较的方法得出国际法院在第三方加入条件、形式和第三方权利范围等问题上对WTO第三方制度的启示作用。

Comparative Study on Third Party Participation in Lawsuit in WTO and the International Court of Justice
