| 摘 要： | 王茂荫的《再议钞法折》和《请酌量变通钱法片》作为中国近代货币研究的重要资料,其考订却长期为研究者所忽视,该文根据相关资料对两份资料进行了考订,并依托其他相关资料,对财政货币史研究视域中的王茂荫做政治史的分析.
