γ-亚麻酸提取方法的改进

摘    要:对一γ-亚麻酸的高产菌株M6进行了含油量测定,并改进了油脂的提取方法:由原来的匀浆破壁改为超声波壁。实验证明此法得到的油含量多,比原法增加12.8%,并节省人力。实验结果得地的含油量最高为45.6%,γ-亚麻酸含量为3.86%-4.93%。实验还发现,当发酵液成为粉红色时,得到的菌体干重最多,为26%,此时的油含量也最多,为45.6%。

Abstract:In this thesis, fatty ecid productivity tests of a high γ-linoleinic acid(GLA)producting strain W6 was conducted. A new methed of getting oil is also found, i. e, the cell wall is destroyed by supersonic wave. The result of sum oil is at the most 12.8% more than previous methed, and thes method can spare work. As results, the sum of the fatty acid is 45 .6% at the most, the purity of GLA is 3.86% - 4-93%.It's also found when the fermentative liquid becomes pink, the highest prodctivity of dry fungi(45.6%)and oil (26%) can be got.
