| Abstract: | In kissinger's opinion,to define American interests definitely,the United States should discard the traditional pattern of the moral diplomacy that pays more attention to morality than interest,and bound America national interests according to power and balance of powers.Kissinger's equlibrium strategy aims at safeguarding and promoting the United States' the extensive interests that reflect three levels of objectives:safeguarding American existence(safety),defending stable international order and realizing world perpetual peace. |
