| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业已成为国民经济重要的增长源 ,但是 ,乡镇企业要进一步发展 ,必须通过制度创新提高其效率。本文正是在深入分析制度创新对乡镇企业发展的影响作用的基础上 ,提出了乡镇企业实现效率提高所需要的制度创新的内容与动力。

| Abstract: | Township enterprises are important growth sources of our national economy. However, we can further develop township enterprises by innovating their systems so as to improve their efficiency. Based on the deep analysis of the influence of system innovation on the development of township enterprises, the paper presents the contents and power of the system innovation that township enterprises need in improving their efficiency. |
