| 摘 要： | 实现西部地区经济的快速发展,最关键的因素之一就是要持续不断地改善投资环境,充分有效地吸引和利用外资,因此,西部地区政府必须适应新情况,探索新思路;通过对上海等地在招商引资方面的经验的总结,提出了西部地区开拓招商引资新局面的十项应对策略。

| Abstract: | Improving the investment environment and using affectively the foreign funds is one of the key factors to achieve the fast development of economy in the western regions in China.Therefore,government in the western regions must adapt its policy to the new conditions and probe the new train of thought. This paper sums up the experience of enrolling the foreign funds in Changjiang delta regain, then gives ten suggestions on how to develop the new situation of enrolling the foreign funds in the western regions in China. |
