The Significance of the Tibet- Qinghai Railway in the Opening Policy

The article analyses the important opportunities to the economic cultural exchange between southern Asian countries,especially between Tibeto-Indian countries through the Tibeto-Qing railway in accordance with the current mainstream of international social peace and development.The author thinks that the railway is significant to the economic cultural exchange between China and India,will further promote the friendship between the two countries and the harmonious development of intrnational social pease.
