| 摘 要： | 区域立法协调指的是区域立法过程中,在各立法主体之间,以及就其所要共同调整的事项或社会关系该如何进行立法规制所进行的沟通和协调,以保证立法结果(规范性法文件)的区域性协调和有效适用.区域立法协调是完善我国立法体制的需要,是缓解立法冲突的选择机制之一,同时它对于促进区域开发和区域经济、社会发展也是必要的.当前我国区域立法协调从理论上、实践中和制度层面看都是可行的.
