基于TRIZ理论的管理问题求解模式研究

由于管理问题的情景依赖性和复杂性,本身并没有一个固定的解决模式,从某种程度上讲,解决管理问题也就成了一种创新性问题。基于这一思想,利用TRIZ理论,通过构建管理系统的技术参数和创新原理,引入一种管理问题特定解的求解方法,在此基础上提出一种基于TRIZ理论的复杂管理问题求解模式。

The Research on Management Problem Solving Model Based on TRIZ

Because of the scenario-dependence and complexity of management problems, we do nothave a fixed model to settle the management problems. To some extent, it is an innovative problem tosolve the management problems. Therefore, we can use TRIZ to solve complex management problemsand build a complex management problems solving model based on TRIZ. On the basis of this idea, wedraw upon the TRIZ to propose a management problem solving model based on TRIZ by building thetechnical parameters and innovative principles of management system and introducing a method forsolving a specific solution of the management problems.
